Back by popular demand, Nova Scotia-based singer-songwriter Matt Andersen will once again grace the Whitefish Theatre Company stage with his giant soul-filled voice and powerful blues performance. Matt has built a formidable following the old-fashioned way – touring worldwide and letting his converted fan-base spread his reputation through word of mouth. The accolades to Matt’s talent continue to pile up, including two European Blues Awards for Best Solo Acoustic Act, a JUNO nomination for Roots Album of the Year, and a Best Solo Performer Award at the Memphis Blues Challenge. In addition to headlining major festivals and clubs around the globe, he has shared the stage with Bo Diddley, Buddy Guy, Greg Allman, Tedeschi Trucks Band, Little Feat, Serena Ryder, and more.
