    Solstice Retreat

    Event Description Come join us as we celebrate the longest day fo the year by reflecting on where we’ve been, and setting clear intentions for the year ahead. Participants will delight in yoga, therapeutic groups, spa time, connection with others, and healthy food as they let go of what no longer serves them and embrace their path ahead.
