Sparrow’s Nest of NW MT announces annual fundraising event – “When the Night Comes”

Event Description
On Saturday December 8th, Sparrow’s Nest of Northwest Montana will host its fifth annual “When the Night Comes” fundraising event to raise awareness about the issue of unaccompanied homeless high school students in the Flathead Valley. The event will be held at Trinity Lutheran Evangelical Church, 400 W California St, Kalispell, MT 59901. Doors will open at 5 pm for the soup kitchen dinner with a 20 minute presentation beginning at 5:45 pm. The dinner / presentation is free and open to anyone wishing to learn more about Sparrow's Nest and our mission. Following the presentation, participants in the sleep out will spend the night outside (7 pm to 7 am) as an act of solidarity with and to experience what unaccompanied homeless high school students in the Flathead Valley face on a daily basis.
