A 6 week program for expecting mothers designed to inform and educate on what to expect during pregnancy and how to best prepare for birth physically and emotionally. Our hope is to shed light on the changes your are experiencing through pregnancy and share tools regarding nutrition, fitness, mindset and connection that will help to prepare your mind and body for the birthing process.
The series consists of SIX - 2 hour classes occuring 1x/wk on Saturday afternoon from 11:00am - 1:00pm at Hellroaring Crossfit in Columbia Falls.
Each class will be hosted by a different local professional who will teach and engage in discussion/questions regarding their field of expertise followed by a session of intentional breath and movement.
This course is designed to provide women going through the mortherhood transition with a guide to supporting optimal health as they experience pregnancy and give them the tools to implement change and embrace confidence to have the tough conversations with not only yourself but also your family and healthcare team.

| On Sunday, January 19, between 11am and 3 pm, Glacier Nordic Club is celebrating Winter Trails with free ski passes, rental equipment, and lessons at the Glacier Nordic Center. Come on out and get some outdoor exercise and learn about cross-country skiing. There will be free 45-minute beginner lessons offered on the hour and free two-hour demo rentals available. Local naturalist, Dave Streeter will lead a two-hour ski from 11:30 to 1:30 focusing on the flora and fauna of the area for intermediate and better skiers. Expected Etiquette:
1. Sign up in person to get on the list. (If you are unable to be there for sign ups, you are welcome to ask Colton to pencil you in late over the phone at 406-407-0732)
2. 10 to 20 minute time slots total. (adjusted for amount of queued musicians)
3. Bring your own instrument. (If you don't have one, a nylon acoustic guitar and sometimes piano will be available for public use)
4. Please listen to the artists ♥ (if you need to make a call or have a conversation louder than the performer, there are lots of other beautiful rooms in this establishment to have your conversation).
5. Teenagers are allowed to perform as long as a parent is present. |
