Proceeds will benefit student scholarships and instructional innovation at FVCC. "Summerfest on Flathead Lake" will feature the grilling skills of the students and faculty at The Culinary Institute of Montana at FVCC as they prepare an extensive menu highlighting grilled fish\, local meats and fresh garden vegetables. A no-host bar featuring beer\, wine and summer cocktails will be available. Tickets for "Summerfest on Flathead Lake" are $150 per person.
