DESCRIPTION:We invite you to join Tanner Tripp with Glacier Peaks Physical Therapy and Heidi Vladyka Fletcher with The Intentional OT on Monday August 11 from 6-7:30 pm for their next community wellness event at 535 4th Avenue W Columbia Falls. Tanner will lead a VinYin yoga class\, followed by a 45 minute sound bath with Heidi.\n\n\n\nVinYin is a combination of Vinyasa and Yin yoga. We start with the movement and dynamic flow of Vinyasa and ease into passive\, longer holds that are practiced in Yin. \n\n\n\nUsing bowls and chimes\, the sound bath stimulates your vagus nerve to relax the body\, quiet the mind and provide safety for your nervous system. \n\n\n\nThis is a donation based class and we recommend a $10-20 donation.
