SUMMARY:Winter Tasting at The Patio on Wisconsin
DESCRIPTION:Our premiere dinner for our winter season\, we are hosting an evening of celebration\, with a 5-course\, wine-paired small plate dinner on Saturday\, December 3d at The Patio on Wisconsin in Whitefish\, Montana.\n\n\nOur menu will consist of an assortment of creative cuisine from our new fall/winter seasonal menu and each course will be paired with an accompanying wine.\n\n\nCourse 1- Butternut Squash soup\n\n\nWarm\, velvety\, and savory soup\, with fall spice. Served with toasted crostini.\n\n\nCourse 2 - Halibut Cheek\n\n\nPan-seared and served with saffron tomato sauce and grilled asparagus.\n\n\nCourse 3 - Ham\n\n\nCured pork tenderloin medallion\, with a honey-bourbon glaze\, sauteed green beans\, and blistered Cherry tomatoes.\n\n\n Course 4 - Rack of Elk \n\n\nFrench rack of Elk cutlet\, with sauteed cannellini beans in sage and sweet potato gnocchi\, topped with huckleberry black garlic demi.\n\n\nCourse 5 - Pumpkin Souffle\n\n\nA 'pumpkin-spice' souffle\, with espresso-whipped cream\, hazelnut crumbles\, cranberry syrup\, and a chocolate dusting.\n\n\n\nDoors open at 6pm with Charcuterie and Libations\n\n\nDinner service will begin at 6:30pm\, with our full 5 courses and wine.\n\n\nJoin us on December 3d and be the first to sample elegant and inspired culinary creations\, brought to you by Chef Tyler Wells and Chef Shaun Cubberly of The Chef Guys.\n\n\n\nFor tickets visit: https://www.patioonwisconsin.com/event-details/winter-tasting-dinner
