Come join some of the fantastic crew from Iron Hawk CrossFit and DREAM for a fun beginner friendly workout benefitting DREAM!!!
No experience needed. Don’t be scared, it’s tons of fun!
Workout can be modified to all athletes, adaptive and non-adaptive alike.
December 8th from 5:30-7:30pm @ Iron Hawk CrossFit-across from Two Bear Air at the airport.
Suggested donation amount is $20.
