Inland Isle Men’s Quartet To Sing A Concert in Whitefish Wednesday, October 4th 7:30 pm Christ Lutheran Church Free The Inland Isle Men’s Quartet will offer an a cappella singing concert on Wednesday night at 7:30pm at Christ Lutheran Church in Whitefish. The Quartet, who have sung together for over twenty years will present a diverse program of folk songs from Scotland, Ireland, England, Canada, and America as well as classical and sacred music. The group, which mostly performs in Northern California is taking the program on tour performing in California, Oregon, Montana, and British Columbia. Singers Edward Boyd, Colin Poer, and brothers Benjamin and David Boyer began singing together while attending the American Eurythmy School in Siskiyou County, California. This training in Eurythmy, an art of movement created by Rudolf Steiner, inspires them to listen into the inaudible to find a unified tone as an expression of the art of brotherhood. They hope to bring this alive in concert through beautiful folk, classical, and sacred songs. Christ Lutheran Church is located at 5150 River Lakes Pkwy in Whitefish. Donations accepted at the door. This event is hosted and made possible by North Valley Music School and all are invited.
