1st Course: Endive salad with shaved fennel, radish, heirloom tomatoes, fried halloumi & pickled mustard vinaigrette
2nd Course: Elote corn fritter & charred octopus mojo
3rd Course: Bison tartare with quail egg and potato pommes
4th Course: Fried eggplant with braised lentils & goat cheese
5th Course: Braised lamb shank creamy red pepper polenta & king trumpet mushrooms
6th Course: Orange posset, balsamic macerated strawberries
