Curated by California native Chef Jeremy Grossman, and hosted by The SET Winery, this exclusive dinner for 50 people will also be the Pacific Northwest debut of a hand-selected lineup of new 90+ point wines from SET and their exclusive William Hines imprint. These amazing wines will be thoughtfully paired with a menu inspired by Coastal Californian cuisine and elevated with authentic ingredients from the California coast and Montana.

1st Course: Montana wagyu carpaccio, with Santa Barbara abalone, herb salad
2nd Course: Tuna tartare, caviar, cured egg yolk, black garlic shoyu vinaigrette
3rd Course: Confit duck leg, flathead lake cherries, huckleberry vinaigrette
4th course: Elk striploin, Potato gallet, celery root puree, oxtail ragu
Dessert course: Lemon dulce ricotta, chocolate ricotta, nuts
