We are partnering with PEAK FIT and THRIVOLOGY to treat all DADS to our Whiskey and Wellness event. Join us for an evening of unwinding, featuring a free whiskey tasting and our special guest speakers:
Dr. Andy Armor, Co-owner of Compass Chiropractic, will present insights about stress and the nervous system.
Andre Bolourchi, Health Coach and Co-founder of PEAK FIT, will provide health and fitness tips for dads looking to start a physical fitness routine.
Jeffrey Scogin, LCPC and Co-founder of Thrivology, will discuss men's mental health and provide insights into maintaining a healthy state of mind.
