Yoga on the Trail
Join us for a gentle morning flow led by Madeline Axtell, owner of Rio Dance Studio! BYOM (bring your own mat!), some water, and shoes for the walk in/out.
We will meet at the Lion Mountain Trailhead at 9am.
If you need a mat, please let us know, and we'll do our best to help find one for you.
This event is free and suitable for all ages, however attendance is limited and registration is required. Registration will open 2 weeks prior to the event on eventbrite. When registration opens, reserve a ticket for each member of your party.
