| We all know someone that’s affected by dementia, perhaps you have been diagnosed and are living with some form of dementia. If you are caring for a loved one, living with it yourself or just have questions about the disease, this support group is for you. In the US over 5 million people are currently living with dementia and with the rise in aging population, this number is expected to be 14 million by 2050. To put that into perspective, it’s estimated that 1 in every 6 women and one in every 10 men, living past the age of 55, will develop dementia. By the age of 85, between 25 and 50 percent of people will display symptoms of dementia. The symptoms of dementia can be frightening and worrisome for the person going through it, but also for the people that love them. It can be hard to know to help a loved one who is confused or even angry. This support group is designed to give you some help in understanding dementia and ways you can help care for your loved one by caring for yourself. |

Would you like to help create the next generation of tech savvy, confident, business oriented women who will impact Montana's future?
We invite you to join us for an informative luncheon to learn more about how you can have a direct impact on Code Girls United at a time when we are experiencing explosive growth.
Starting as a small, local group, to help young girls to learn computer coding, Code Girls United is now offering after school programs for 4th-8th grade girls across Montana. Our mission is to expand the future career opportunities of 4th-8th grade girls through hands-on experiences in coding, technology and business. We are now past the phase of "getting started" and building a solid foundation. We are ready to reach out, grow, and meet the needs of more and more girls in Montana.
Our programs are free and each student learns the basics of creating and designing an app that solves a community problem. They learn the basics of computer science and practical business skills throughout the course. The girls compete in three different competitions including Code Girls United's own NW Regional App Challenge (scholarship prizes), the International Technovation Challenge, and the nationwide Congressional App Challenge.
Help frame the future of this organization, and help us to grow to serve regionally as well as in our community and state.

We've partnered with Hank's Hatchets for some axe throwing fun followed by delicious craft beer!
The tour includes an hour of hatchet throwing; a visit to 2 breweries and/or tap house in the Flathead Valley; a behind-the-scenes look at a craft brewing facility and (the best part!) 4 samples of liquid gold at each brewery.
You will enjoy various beer styles, learn about the different breweries and enjoy the social dynamic of the group. Tour is approximately 4 hours depending on group size and how much fun we are having!
