This bone-chilling and belly-warming event pairs the sinister spirits of Glacier Distilling Company with a deathly delicious menu that is sure to leave you breathless.
Belton Chalet's executive chef and Glacier's lead distiller have put their heads together to create four delicious courses, each with its own expertly-paired cocktail.
- Course One: beets, pear, blue cheese, walnuts, red wine
- Course Two: poached octopus tentacle, chorizo meatballs, black mole, cilantro
- Course Three: butternut squash ravioli, lamb, black garlic foam, chanterelle mushrooms
- Course Four: sweet pumpkin custard, black sesame ice cream, sponge cake
