• Learn how understanding how the four directions (north, south, east west) can assist in your journey to self discovery - learn tools in each direction
• Engage in a crystal activation ceremony
• Indulge in group energy work, meditation, transmutation and walk on the land to utilize the resources Mother Earth has
• Lunch is provided with an Ayurvedic influence - vegetarian and nourishing
