Compass Hike Day at Big Mountain!!
Join us for a fun day of hiking and exploring nature as we hike the Danny On National Recreation Trail at Whitefish Mountain Resort. We plan on meeting at the trail head at 8:30am and will hike to the top. This is a easy-moderate hike with a total distance of 8 miles round trip. Hikers are more than welcome to hike to the top and take the chair lift down to the bottom if they do not want to hike back down which would make it a 4 mile hike. There is a chair lift fee of $19 one way. We would love for you to join us as we spend the day recreating and exploring the nature in our back yard.
