As the name suggests, our puppy yoga classes involve having puppies roaming from one mat to the next, leaping on participants, and tussling with other puppies as you try out different yoga poses. The pups are sometimes incorporated into some of the yoga poses, otherwise, they happily roam free throughout the room. If you aren't a big yoga fan, it's okay to just sit on your mat and hang out with puppies!
