Free The Seeds returns for the 9th year on Saturday, March 2, featuring interactive workshops, activities, a seed giveaway, and more. The theme for 2024 is Tiny Seeds, Big Impact!
This is a FREE community-powered event that encourages people to build a sustainable and resilient future through real seeds, real food, and real skills. The annual daylong fair headlines with a giant free seed giveaway in addition to 30+ booths, 20+ skill-building workshops (4 of them kid specific), and 2 rooms full of day-long activities about seeds and up-cycling materials. Every aspect of the event emphasizes the importance of a strong local food system and each attendee’s role in it.
Food and beverages available for purchase from Vibrant Roots and local food trucks. No registration required for attending in person.
