North Valley Music School Grand Opening

North Valley Music School proudly announces the Grand Opening of its brand-new, long-awaited facility on Sunday, August 24, 2025. North Valley Music School is thrilled to invite the public to join in celebrating the expansion of music education access across the Valley. The new building will provide North Valley Music School students, teachers, and staff with an ideal environment designed for music education. Thanks to the incredible support of the community and the generosity of hundreds of donors, this new home has become a reality. Project Whitefish Kids generously donated land on Smith Fields for the project, and The City of Whitefish has agreed to a $10/year sublease, further underscoring the community’s commitment to music education. Located at 1998 River Lakes Parkway, the new school sits in a central location designed for optimal access for students and families across the Flathead Valley. The building includes valuable space for current and future programming to ensure that anyone who wishes to engage in music education has the opportunity to do so. Grand Opening Celebration Details: Date: Sunday, August 24, 2025 Time: 5:30 PM – 7:30 PM Location: 1998 River Lakes Parkway, Whitefish, MT Schedule of Events: 5:30 PM – Live music by Archertown, Himalayan Rockies, Mad Cajun Smokehouse, Sweet Peaks food trucks, beverages, and building tours 6:00 PM – Ribbon cutting and remarks from North Valley Music School leadership and students, followed by a cake and celebratory toast All members of the community are welcome to attend and experience the new community music school. Parking: Please park in the soccer and baseball field lots or in the southern field at The Springs at Whitefish. Reserved parking will be available on site for those who need extra assistance or are unable to walk longer distances.
