Join Kimberly Fisher of Earthly Insights on Saturday August 22 - Sunday August 23 for a 1 1/2 day workshop.  Day and overnight at activities at Relics Retreat in Eureka, MT

• Release | Cleanse - Enjoy a morning of sweat utilizing the Finnish Sauna Baths.  Includes the Valo Sauna - 40 points of changing color influence; Rusuu Sauna - Rose Quartz Healing and Maa (earth) sauna
• Connect | Restore - Indulge in a vegetarian lunch to nourish your body, mind and spirit.  Relax with nourishing Ayurvedic dinner and breakfast on Sunday
• Partake in exploring the land, working with seeds, water, fire and light.  Connect to the land and allow the rich resources of her wisdom teach and guide to ignite your inner light
• Camp - Upscale Version, yet tenting under a covered area.  Rooms available too with cots with shared occupancy.  Other camping space available in our own private area.  Porta potties on hand and showers available in the spa in the morning

Things to bring:

• Tent and or sleeping bag and roll
• No tent, no problem - use the building with cots limited space and shared rooms
• Water bottle
• Swim suite for sauna
• Clothing for day, night
• Bug spray
• Journal
• Comfortable shoes for hiking
• Towels
