Skyline Builders is looking to add a Project Manager to our growing team!
For more than four decades, Skyline Builders has been a family-owned and operated custom home builder in the Flathead Valley, creating homes that reflect both elegance and integrity. We are guided by our core values of quality, trust, transparency, craftsmanship, and service, and we’re looking for a Project Manager who shares those principles.
As a Project Manager, you’ll take ownership of custom home projects from pre-construction through completion, ensuring each home is delivered on schedule, on budget, and to the highest standards of craftsmanship.
What You’ll Do
- Develop and manage realistic construction schedules based on materials, subcontractor availability, and market conditions
- Review and refine project budgets, offering informed recommendations prior to contract and throughout the build
- Oversee all on-site and off-site construction activities, managing timelines, costs, and quality
- Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to keep projects running smoothly
- Proactively identify and resolve risks, delays, and conflicts
- Maintain clear, transparent communication with homeowners regarding schedule and financial updates
- Ensure Skyline’s quality standards are met and upheld by all trades and partners
- Document schedules, budgets, change orders, and billable time using the Ressio project management system
- Provide regular project updates, including weekly photo documentation
- Schedule and attend meetings with homeowners, subcontractors, and suppliers as needed

Pay: $70,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
