General Responsibilities: City Beach Staff report directly to the City Beach Manager and assist with operating concessions and rentals. Safety is a top priority at 16 Hands. All staff are expected to operate and conduct themselves with safety as a crucial and constant priority. City Beach Summer Staff:
? Facilitate a great guest experience and make intentional guest connections
Handle and process payments for food, merchandise, and rentals
? Work with reservations for beach rentals
? Serve food and help with daily cleaning and trash
? Organizing of inventory and equipment
? Report problems, issues, and needs to your supervisor
? Seek to thoroughly understand and follow all Process and Procedures
? Helping with all rental equipment for the beach and waterfront
? Cleaning the store daily and organizing rentals for the next day
