Clydesdale Creamery is not your average ice cream shop. We’re a joyful, whimsical, over-the-top milkshake and espresso bar in downtown Whitefish where every guest experience matters. We’re looking for a hands-on, upbeat Assistant Manager to help lead our team and keep the magic running smoothly.
What you’ll do:

Support the General Manager with daily operations (staff supervision, scheduling, training, and guest service).

Lead by example in creating a fun, positive, and efficient environment.

Ensure every shake, latte, and scoop meets our high standards of quality.

Assist with inventory, ordering, and cash handling.

Jump in wherever needed — from greeting guests to curating milkshakes.
What we’re looking for:

Previous leadership or shift lead experience (hospitality/retail/restaurant a plus).

A natural people-person with strong communication and organizational skills.

Someone dependable, energetic, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
