I help women who look like they have it all together, and privately feel stuck, make room for work AND a life. Most are busy professionals who keep putting work and everyone else first and have been saying “someday” for years. We find the thoughts keeping them stuck and run small experiments toward the life they want now. I also lead team workshops on communication and mindset.

I spent nearly 20 years in healthcare, half in the ER and half in nursing leadership. I moved to Montana for the outdoors, then worked so much I couldn’t enjoy it, so I know this pattern from the inside. I’m an ICF PCC-credentialed coach with 125+ clients since 2020.
