There’s a story from Dick Anderson’s early days as a roofing contractor that sets the tone for 50 years of success: Dick was tearing shingles off of a roof when he noticed they had wrecked the flowers in the woman’s garden. When the project was done, Dick went and bought flowers and replanted them himself.
