Our Team combines the regions greatest Architectural design talent, led by Partner and licensed Architect, Nic Cole. For the past twenty years Nic’s talent has been showcased in the Bitterroot Valley through NC Design Studio. With a focus on luxury homes with a special talent to create plans utilizing the latest technology available in the industry in a more graphical manner his work has become known as the very best in the region.

Payne Cole Designs brings a special collaborative team with Co-Founder and Partner, Eric Payne offering a completely different skill set to the typical Architectural firm, that of an established and successful luxury home Builder. Primarily focused on the Whitefish market Payne’s team has completed over a half a billion dollars in luxury residential projects in just the past fifteen years. A shared passion for technology and creating successful business processes utilizing the latest technology available, the two Founders have now combined their respective teams to create Payne Cole Designs, a one-of-a- kind design firm creating the most luxurious projects in far less time and designed in a way that a builder is destined to succeed in building the plan by utilizing plans that model the home in every detail through near photographic quality.

With offices strategically located in Whitefish, Missoula and coming soon, Bozeman, Payne Cole will offer luxury design services, completely turn-key with interior design.
