Our mission at PEAK Fit is to empower our members to live their best lives, by providing them with the knowledge, skills and support to achieve their fitness and nutrition goals. For more than 20+ years, our team of experienced staff and coaches has helped everyday people raise and maintain higher standards of living longer, stronger, and healthier lives. Taught by our friendly and knowledgeable coaches, our group training sessions are high-energy, challenging, and fun!

Our PEAK Fit team training model utilizes a blend of circuit training and HIIT, to providing a functional, full-body workout, while improving energy levels, metabolic rate, strength, and endurance. Getting to know the people that train right beside you encourages both transformation in lifestyle and community connection and growth in a friendly, team-aligned environment. In an efficient, 45-minute training session, it’s no surprise to see some members burn up to 800 calories.

Looking for more personalized attention with your workouts without ditching your friends? Then, semi-private training sessions are right up your alley. Workouts are specifically built around you, and sessions are kept small enough (2-4 people) for your trainer to pay attention to detail.

At PEAK Fit, we offer customized 1-on-1 training with our top trainers. Our team originates from all different backgrounds and all levels of expertise, ranging from injury rehabilitation, total body transformations, nutrition coaching and more.
