Meet Kaia and Team Growing up in Wisconsin, I have been an avid outdoors-woman since the day I could walk. I spend my spare time playing on the water, working in my woodshop, trap shooting, and fostering kittens from time to time. I have always been fascinated by nature, the human body and how things work, which helped me find my way into holistic recovery and preventative care. As a Master Bodyworker and Board Certified LMT, I have had extensive training in many modalities and know the human body well. My favorite modalities include: Cranial Sacral Therapy (CST), Ortho-Bionomy, Spontaneous Muscle Release Technique (SMRT), Cupping, and Aromatherapy. I find ''singing sweet lullabies'' to your musculoskeletal system can be just as effective, if not more effective, to your healing journey than beating those muscles into submission.
