Our premiere dinner for our winter season, we are hosting an evening of celebration, with a 5-course, wine-paired small plate dinner on Saturday, December 3d at The Patio on Wisconsin in Whitefish, Montana.
Our menu will consist of an assortment of creative cuisine from our new fall/winter seasonal menu and each course will be paired with an accompanying wine.
Course 1- Butternut Squash soup
Warm, velvety, and savory soup, with fall spice. Served with toasted crostini.
Course 2 - Halibut Cheek
Pan-seared and served with saffron tomato sauce and grilled asparagus.
Course 3 - Ham
Cured pork tenderloin medallion, with a honey-bourbon glaze, sauteed green beans, and blistered Cherry tomatoes.
Course 4 - Rack of Elk
French rack of Elk cutlet, with sauteed cannellini beans in sage and sweet potato gnocchi, topped with huckleberry black garlic demi.
Course 5 - Pumpkin Souffle
A 'pumpkin-spice' souffle, with espresso-whipped cream, hazelnut crumbles, cranberry syrup, and a chocolate dusting.
Doors open at 6pm with Charcuterie and Libations
Dinner service will begin at 6:30pm, with our full 5 courses and wine.
