Responsibilities
- Clean guest rooms, including bathrooms, beds, dusting, and vacuuming
- Clean hallways and common areas; stock housekeeping carts and closets
- Assist with seasonal deep cleaning as needed
- Handle guest complaints and requests with professionalism and patience
- Carry linens up and down three flights of stairs (no elevator on property)
- Lift up to 50 pounds
Qualifications
- Prior housekeeping or professional cleaning experience required
- Ability to work independently and maintain consistent performance
- Strong time management skills; ability to work efficiently without sacrificing quality
- Customer-oriented with a friendly, professional demeanor
- Reliable personal vehicle required
- Must be available to work weekends
