Responsibilities:
- Prepare and cook food items on the grill according to recipes and customer requests
- Ensure that food is cooked to the appropriate temperature and meets quality standards
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the grill area and equipment
- Assist with catering events as needed, including setting up and breaking down equipment
- Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure smooth operation of the kitchen

Skills:
- Previous experience as a grill cook or in a similar role is preferred
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow recipes accurately
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
